I have been described as a philosopher, an old soul, a lover of the underdog, and intuitive, among other things. I have no idea as to the validity of these things but I know that I am much more than at first I appear to be.
I was born May 15th, 1967, making me a Taurus, and though I tend to be agnostic where the belief of astrology is concerned, I must admit that my personality does hold true to sign.
I'm 33, 5'10", 140 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. And this is all I will say about my physical appearance, for although I like looking my best I no longer get hung up on my looks.
I moved to Sacramento, California in March of 1998 from San Jose, California and feel that it was the best decision of my life. My 20's were eventful however, life began for me after I turned 30 and am looking forward to my 40's.
These days I tend to keep things simple and am very cautious where people are concerned. I have had destructive people, friends and family both, tear my world apart much as most of us have and therefore I do not rush into anything lightly.
I can honestly say that the people in my closest circle are people that will be for the remainder of my life as they have proved worthy of anything I can possibly give them.
My second long term companion, David Leavitt, once described me 10 years ago as having a "Sybil-like" personality. I chose to think of myself as being Multi-faceted, much as a diamond has many sides.
I can be very funny, literally the life of the party, or humble, quiet, and self inspective. I can be obstinate, stubborn, and "in your face" or easy go lucky and have a "go with the flow" attitude. I can be thought provoking and philosophical or superficial and ordinary. I can be down-to-earth or the hopeless romantic with a poet's soul.
But the least of all I am a compilation of all those whom have ever touched my life.
